Stay on top of your Macros. It is so true that your success in fitness and weight loss journey starts in the Kitchen.
Look after your joints, if it is hurting while doing your workouts, stop and check your form. Are you doing it correctly?
Don't over do it. take it easy if you're new to fitness. But give it your all if you are advanced.
First master form, then increase reps and intensity. Not the other way around.
